Business Trip

Posted 28-Feb-2015
This hotel is a good deal for the price. Room was clean, bed was comfortable the spa tub was a bonus. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on it. The night staff could have been a little bit more friendly. But overall we had a nice stay.

super disappointed

Posted 25-Feb-2015
Room was dirty. Mold growing around windows. Broken lock on door. Closet was uneccessable, literally had to climb over the bed to get to it. Cancelled the rest my reservation to find another cleaner place to stay. Had to email the owner three time before I got a response.

Große Zimmer, ausreichend aber nicht wirklich schö

Pros: Lage nahe Stanford

Decent logging at a reasonable price.

Pros: Good value and close to Stanford Hospital/Clinic and Stanford Shopping Center. Lots of nearby restaurants.
Cons: Cleaner bathroom facilities. More luxurious bath towels.
Location: See above
Hotel exterior well kept and looks nice from the street. Adequate well lighted parking. Hotel staff efficient but not overly friendly, just going through the motions of getting you registered with little conversation about reason for your stay or offers/suggestions of nearby sites. Relatively fresh room painting with crown molding, clean new bedspreads, sheets and pillows, not that thick but 4 to each queen bed. Flat screen LG TV but no channel or programming information making choices a guessing game. HVAC smaller older in the wall model between the beds. Too much air being pushed over your bed. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom floor tile and grouting, both quite dirty. Some tile missing below sink.

Good location for access to Stanford.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Bathroom finish could be completed, several missing tile pieces and trim were noted.
Location: Many eating facilities in the area.
Meet my needs at this time. Not inclined to add more.

Good value!

Room was actually significantly quieter than I expected, considering it was right next to El Camino Real which is quite busy. The eggs at breakfast were completely tasteless but, with salsa they were certainly edible. It was very nice that a complete breakfast was provided; it certainly added to the value of the room. I would definitely book there again.

Bed really hard!

Posted 25-Jan-2015
Checkin person okay, not the warmest personality. Facility old, but had some updating done. Our tub was wet and there was a hair on the bottom near the drain. Bed incredibly hard. Clock radio broken, hair dryer broken. Towels thin.
