My room lost power both nights. My second night, my ceiling fan became detached from the ceiling and starting swinging around by the electrical wires. Hotel front desk had to "reset" my room breaker 4 times during my two-night stay. With no AC in this hotel, it was a miserable stay without a working fan. Management said there were no free rooms to move me to. I am appalled a the experience and am surprised I Expedia recommended this room to me. I was offered no refunds or discounts. I video-taped the conditions, and secretly recorded the "maintenance" to the fan in my room, performed by the man at the front desk... would love to give said parties the chance to make things right before I post these. Clearly a lawsuit waiting to happen. Not a safe stay.
