“Best Service”
The staff here is top notch. They are very attentive and their service is incredible.
“Nice Hotel”
Nice hotel.
“It is in fact a great hotel”
We were able to obtain a competitive rate for a two night weekend stay. We felt like we got a big bargain by the end. We had an infant child with us, and upon checking in, they delivered an infant gift to the room with Diapers, shampoos, powders, etc. Tea is delivered upon arrival. The concierge and bell men are truly friendly, and they do remember every guest. Views from the room are great. The location is perfect for access to the best shopping and the best restaurants in the City. Best shower water pressure I have ever experienced. Very clean room. In short, the service is what every hotel should strive for.

“Wonderful Hotel”
Was a great hotel with friendly staff. They even catered well to my little Yorkie Lucy Lu. The hotel arranged for us to have a very nice steak dinner as well.We had a wonderful stay.
“Great View!”
Stayed for the first time for my Husband's 40th bday... though the room seemed rather small for the price (Bay View King room) you can't beat the view! I thought about staying at the Ritz, but with only 8 floors it is a far cry from the 41st floor that we were on while at the Mandarin. You will not be disappointed. We had some minor issues with our in-room breakfast service, but overall it was nice to sit there in the morning, drink Ghiradelli hot chocolate, and take in the sunny view of the bay. We also enjoyed the highly acclaimed Mandarin High Tea while we were there - definitely delicious! A must for anyone staying there for the first time. Overall, I would definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends. The service is great and what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
“The Best in SF”
The rooms are superb, just right. The bathroom is exquisite. Out does the rest.
“Best in SF”

“Great Hotel”
