“Cant wait to go back!!!!”
very nice and clean hotel, save a few bucks compare to other hotels, With free parking!!!
“Inexpensive, clean, well-maintained rooms in a convenient location”
The motel has the best combination of price, condition, and location that you will find in San Francisco, and has free parking (which is at least $20/night in most hotels). It is a few blocks to an expressway entrance, a short walk to the Civic Center Muni and BART train station, and within walking distance of the convention center and downtown. Ask for a room in the main building when you check in; most of the complaints in other reviews are for the building across the street. The rooms are typical of chain motels with outside entrances. This was my 2nd visit, and I would stay there again.
“Great option for the price!”
The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful - even allowed me to check in early. The rooms aren't very big, but it was exactly what I needed: cheap, clean, 5-10 minute walk to BART, free wi-fi in the rooms, and coffee and a danish in the morning. Hooray for Knight's Inn!
“Good value near the ballpark!”
This was the 3rd time we have choosen this hotel during our annual trip to AT&T Park. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has some great spots to dine and we found most attractions to be in walking distance, so that we could enjoy the city on foot. The entire staff was friendly and we felt welcome here. We will stay here again. THX

“Totally Standard!”
Oh, wow it's another hotel! I think this is technically a motel, as parking is one of the primary attractions. It's completely fine, it's not a hospital, so personally I'm not really obsessed with cleanliness, but I didn't notice anything dirty, clean sheets, clean towels, clean bedspread. Clean sink, clean toilet, clean carpet. OK? I am very familiar with San Francisco, so the neighborhood is just what I expected, which is a not great, semi-light-industrial semi-commercial district which is certainly a lot nicer than it was 15 years ago! Amazing pretentious coffeehouse right next door!

“Good place to stay -”
Right near folsom street - yes it is a block away from some seedy areas - but it is not the Tenderloin and hey it is a city so what do you want - any city will have seedy people walking around every once in a while - just be smart. The hotel is nice - great location, clean - the bathroom fan was VERY loud however - and the air and heat was hard to regulate - but other than that it was GREAT!! Close to the KOK Bar, Lone Star, Mister S Leather Store, Blow Buddies and Folsom Gulch - this would be the BEST place to stay for Folsom Street Fair - also had some good food near-by.
“good budget hotel”
I recently stayed in SF at this hotel for a weekend. The location is decent-2 blocks from the BART station. The price was excellent. The hotel itself is a bit rundown, and needs remodeling. But, everything worked, the room was a decent size, and comfortable. It's not the Hilton, but for the price, its a good value.

Nice place to stay, nothing exuberant by any means, but good for the price. Decent location, and nearly enough parking for everyone.
