“Good Service”

We are the foreigners who are not familiar with many things in San Francisco.. People work for Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf are very kinds to response many questions to us with patience.

Clean and well presented, highly recommended. At no time during our stay when we either walked or caught municipal transport did we feel threatened in anyway.

“Great Location for SF Get-away”

Great rooms, nice modern design. Location is 1 block from the cable car so it is very easy to get to from SFO. Several bus lines are also within a block of hotel. Staff was excellent and rooms are 4 star quality. Nice pool and fitness room. Plenty of coffee houses near by.

The people at the Hyatt were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Also, this hotel was in a great location for walking to most everywhere on the Wharf.

It was our 20th wedding anniversary and the expedia agent that helped us put notes in our reservation re: this and requested room upgrade for us. When we arrived we were more than satisfied, we felt that the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special! Thank you expedia and Hyatt hotels:-)

“Great place to stay!”

This hotel has recently been updated and is a great place to stay close to Fisherman's Wharf. The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in! The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a better view.

“We had a great stay!”

We chose this hotel due to its great location and it has a swimming pool. We were not disappointed. The room was terrific - staff very helpful and friendly. Only one minor gripe - the wireless internet could have been free. We stayed in cheaper hotels and motels that all had free internet access. If you want to be in the Fisherman's Wharf area, stay here!

“Excellent hotel and excellent location!”

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a brilliant hotel!! It was clean and the rooms were lovely. Staff were very helpful and gave great advice on where to go!! Good hint is to book Alcatraz before you get to San Francisco!!!

“great location”

We could walk to everything we had on our list to see ... the cable cars, fisherman's wharf, pier 39 and the sea lions. We even walked to Coit tower and Lombard Street.
