“Great great experience!!”
First time in SF and this hotel couldn't be better! Location is just amazing!! Walking distance from major attractions: cable car stop, fishermans wharf and all the piers as well as the ghiardelli plaza,Starbucks and even Walgreens. Pretty hotel, clean and yummy breakfast too! I would totally stay here again, super friendly staff that even let me borrow a microwave to sterilize my baby's bottles. Super experience!
“SF in three days!!!”
Staff was very nice....
“Great location, walking distance from the locations that we book all our tours”
Great
“"Good but not Great"”
The hotel is well located in/to Fisherman's Wharf and a close walk to North Beach, China Town, etc. I found the service good at the lower end (bell boys, vallet, servers, etc., but the check in service was stiff and unfriendly. On the last day I stopped to ask a question to a person at the front desk but was quickly blown off to another person who was on the phone. Perhaps it was an omen of things to come as the same night a party in the next room began around 11 pm and was still going on when I checked out around 4:30 am. Repeated calls did raise security but after two warning it was apparent these partyer's were in the for the long haul. Otherwise the experience was a good one with even a small yet clear view of the water....
“Great location, walking distance to lots of fun.”
Good rate, clean hotel, great location for seeing the entire city.
“Deb n Mike loved the Hyatt”
Our location was perfect for visiting the wharf, catching the bus to the 49ers game and restaurants. The beds and pillows were awesome!!!! wanted to take them home. Hotel staff were pleasant and responsive....thanks for the oppty to stay there.
“Conveniently located”
Exceeded expectations
“Great Price, Great Hotel”
I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They obviously are guest oriented ..... very friendly. They were ready to help in any way they can. The front desk, bell desk, valet, maintenance, and restaurant staff were exceptional. I felt pampered. Room was very clean. I would definitely recommended this Hotel to visitors to SF.
“We want to go back.”
We had a great stay at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf. The employees at Registration were all extremely friendly and helpful as well as the Valets. I was not impressed with the Concierge. When I approached her desk she was working on the computer and she did not acknowledge me. Once she did acknowledge me she did not have the information I was looking for (in regards to Chinatown). The only complaint about the condition of the hotel was that the hallways needed to be vacuumed. But our room looked great. This was a great location for us. It was just a short walk to the Wharf and a little further to Pier 39. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
