“Highly Recommended”
A truly fortunate hotel finding. Great location in Japan Town. Lots of oriental restaurants, a Dennys all cheap shopping all within a few minutes walk. Do not need a rental car as the Geary Ave bus line to downtown, Union Square and Embecardero one block from hotel. Room was quiet and recently remodeled. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with directions to near and far attractions. Definitely will stay here again.
“'can't wait to go back"”
loved to Tomo. 'the help is especially nice and accomodating.
“Impressed”
Great service. Parking in hotel is not free, but will add $20.00 on your bill. We were there overnight. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in Japantown and was definitely quieter than a hotel we stayed in on Lombard Ave. Great place to stay. We would stay again.
“Very Coool”
This is a very cooool Best Western completely decorated with Japanese Pop Art - giving a feeling of Tokyo Sheek! ...from the decor to the tiny Japanese pop art soaps - - fun, clean and a refreshing place to stay. Great neighborhood to walk around, sight see, eat and shop!
“I love J Town”
As a native San Franciscan living in Sacramento, I take every opportunity to go back to the City, when I do I love staying close to Japan Town. The Hotel Tomo is the best place to stay in terms of price, and location. Leave the hotel, walk one block and your at Peace Plaza.
