“Great Place to stay in San Francisco”

I would definitively recommend this hotel. It is blocks away from most of the tourist spots. It is also just a corner away from Westfield Center and the shops at Market Street. The service is great and very personalized.

“Great Hotel”

This hotel was very nice. It is right next to Union Square, a walk away from China Town, and you can easily get to other great SF sites and attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable.

“A great choice”

Right in the heart of downtown San Francisco this hotel is a great choice to stay. The room was really good (although we didn't spend much time in it) all the big shops and Union Square are a short walk away. We didn't eat in the hotel (too expensive) but diners are nearby and they are good value. The staff were really helpful and were always willing to explain stuff to us. The room always looked immaculate when we returned. A slight niggle for us Brits - there are no tea making facilities in the room. However, in the morning 7-9 there is tea and coffee available on the 5th floor free. Really can't fault it. The killer question - would I stay there again? No problem with that one, yes, certainly.

“Excellent Hotel Stay -”

This hotel is located near everything! Shopping, Chinatown, The warf is only a short trolley ride down Market Street. The accommodations were excellent. The staff went out of their way to assist you with any request. They go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The room and bed was very comfortable and I would stay at this hotel again - without hesitation.

“Excellent location for accessing downtown San Francisco by foot”

Very comfortable and well designed rooms. Excellent location on Market Street for accessing all the amenities of downtown San Francisco. Ideal for both the business traveller and tourist. Within short walking distance of the financial area. A large number of department stores (including Macy's, Abercrombie and Fitch, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales) and many tourist attractions ( Powell and Market cable car) are literally on your doorstep. Furthermore, it is in a superb position for accessing the BART and other public transport services.

“Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco”

The Palomar hotel is one of the nicest we have stayed in in a long time. The location is supurb for shopping and dining. It is centrally located to cable cars and china town. The staff is fantastic, We were greeted with hello's and smiles everytime we entered or left the hotel. The doormen were great and the concierge was very helpfull. There was no coffee pot in the room so upon request they brought one up for us to use during our stay. If you ask them for something they are very very accommodating. We are recommending this hotel to our doughter for her stay in San Francisco and anyone else who is visiting. A++++++++

“Charming and Convenient”

THe hotel was great. Conveniently located aroung the corner from the BART/Muni Station and a i/2 block away from the Cable Car Depot. The Hotel itself was top notch, room was clean and spacious and it had many immenities. The service was also 1st rate. Free coffee and tea in the morning made the day a little easier to start. Staff was very helpful with directions and locations of sites.

“Great hotel in nice shopping area”

Very pleased with this hotel. Staff were extremely pleasant. Room was quiet and clean with nice linens on the bed. Great area to stay if you want to go shopping!! Also close to public transportation.
