Hotel Diva - A Personality Hotel is located in downtown, across from the ACT and Curran theaters, and within two blocks of Union Square and the Powell Street Cable Car line.
The lounge on the sixth floor offers complimentary gourmet coffee each morning from 6:30 to 10:30. Hotel Diva's small business center offers complimentary use of computers with high-speed Internet access, printer, and copier.
A 24-hour fitness center is complimentary to all hotel guests, and complimentary Town Car service in the downtown area is available weekday mornings. An elevator (lift) is available. Parking is available for a per-night fee.
The entire hotel is smoke-free.

This San Francisco hotel offers 115 guestrooms, all with complimentary wireless Internet access. Olle Lundberg, a well-known San Francisco architect specializing in metals, designed the rooms with customized furnishings and monochromatic schemes. The cobalt-blue carpeting, which also runs throughout the hotel, is a reflection of a 1930s ocean liner. Sculpted-steel headboards fashioned after a wave are Olle's signature.
Rooms include two dual-line phones with private voice mail. 32-inch flat-screen TVs offer premium channels and pay movies. iPod docking stations are provided, as well as coffeemakers, bathrobes and complimentary designer toiletries.
Dining
Colibrí Mexican Bistro - Regional Mexican cuisine. Specialties include tapas, Mole Poblano, Fresh Fish of the Day, and fresh guacamole prepared tableside. Premium tequilas, mojitos, margaritas. Lunch and dinner, plus weekend brunch. Adjacent to hotel's lobby.
Starbucks - Located adjacent to the hotel's lobby, Starbucks serves espresso drinks, teas, and iced beverages, along with pastries, muffins, and snacks. Open daily from early morning until early evening.

“Great stay at Hotel Diva”
Hotel was in a great location in Union Square 2 blocks away from the trolley. Staff was very accommodating and helpful when trying to book excursions and recommending restuarants.
“San Francisco Sleeper”
Just one block away from Union Square in the heart of the Theater District, this 7 floor ultra modern hotel was a real surprise for our family. Bathrooms are tiny but there is plenty of room and nice amenities like robes, slippers and a refrigerator. Perfect for the business traveler or family leisure getaway at half the price of the major hotels. May not be good for those who want or need in hotel dining but their is plenty of excellent restaurants within a short walk. Join their hotel club for free and get a very nice present on arrival too. I am looking to go back to the Diva soon.
“Diva is divine!”
The Diva Hotel is very well maintained, staff is wonderful, the office facilities for guests is perfect and the decor was fun. I was extrememly happy here.
“Great hotel, despite breakfast not included.”
It was great. Perfect location, amazing quality, style and finish of both the room and the rest of 'the hotel. Only one problem was that the window wouldn't close properly and anyway it was single-glazed so a bit of draft and noise was coming in. This didn't affect at all my stay, although maybe it would have if I was more fussy about the noise.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Great location Close to Shopping, Transport and Restaurants. The rooms were modern, extremely clean and comfortable. Very Satisfied.

The hotel was very clean, and we were upgraded to a very spacious junior suite room. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to go and to eat!!

Always stay at Hotel Diva, love location, style, good value, etc. etc. etc. No negatives!
“Friendly service, located in a great spot”
We stayed there for 2 nights. The rooms for downtown SF, were comfortable, and modernly decorated. The staff was very helpful, and eager to assist. The location for new travelers visiting San Francisco couldn't be better. Right accross from 2 of SF Theaters. The public transportation was accessible. Definitely will go back!
