“GREAT PLACE!”

This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. The location was great & so was the view! The room was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The staff were nice, and the free breakfast was great. It was also great to have free parking, a full kitchen, workout room, and pool.

“Would stay there again”

The staff was friendly, the airport shuttle was convenient and the suite was clean and comfortable. The manager's dinner was an added bonus.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

Our trip was planned around a food festival in Golden Gate Park so we had to be close by and we had to have a kitchenette. We chose this hotel because of a weekend special rate and honestly expected a mini fridge and microwave along with a lot of noise because of its close proximity to SFO Airport. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a 2-room suite with vaulted ceilings and a kitchen that included a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove, dishwasher and cutlery. As for the noise level there were no issues although there was a train track behind us and even though we were on the first floor it was barely noticeable. The only thing this hotel was missing was a Jacuzzi which could have come in very handy to relax in on the days we were walking all over beautiful Golden Gate Park.

“Quiet place to stay at San Francisco”

Homewood suites was one of the best hotels in its class I ever stayed in US. Its breakfast was rich and delicious. Serving self service waffle in breakfast is ingenious. Rooms are comfortable and useful. Whereas my bed needed some repair since it produces strange sounds. There are a lot of pillow choices which is very good for people like me. It is very difficult for me to sleep peacefully if the pillow is too thick or too thin. It is located in a quite beautiful place with bay view. It is easy to reach and most of the times there is no traffic jam on main access road 101. I'm very satisfied with my stay in Homewood suites and I highly recommend it to anybody whether travel alone or with family.

“Wonderful hotel; commercial neighborhood”

The only thing that isn't so great about this Homewood Suites location is the commercial neighborhood and maybe the tricky way you must get get off the freeway to access it if you are south bound on Highway 101. Doing a Map Quest or Google Map search is highly recommended if you are driving there. Access to computer is provided in the lobby for finding your way around once you are there. There are no eateries close by (within walking distance) so a car is a must! Otherwise, it provides easy access to SF and surrounding areas.

All the staff members were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the spring. Very good location.

“Anniversary Trip to San Francisco”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a rented car and easily drove into San Francisco to see the sights. We went out to Sonoma one day and Muirwoods/Saulsalito area another day. It was so nice to have this very comfortable oasis to return to, we could recharge in a clean, quiet, hotel before returning to seeing the sights the next day. We loved being able to cook our own eggs in the morning. They have a full hot buffet breakfast in the lobby area, we used this to supplement our home cooked breakfast in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, everyone who worked there seemed to be giving an extra effort to make the hotel the best it can be. We found the hotel to be very convenient to getting anywhere. I will look for a Homewood Suites the next time we travel.

“Very Surprised!”

I was a little hesitant because the price was very cheap and located away from the city but surprisingly the hotel room was very cozy with amazing pillows and blankets. The bathroom was clean and it looked like the hotel has some renovations done to it. I even liked the hotel soup and shampoo, which is rare because hotel products are horrible. But kudos to you Hilton Corp for fixing it up.

“great customer service”

the staff was very friendly, they even printed me a map of a nearby bait shop (fishing acess across the street). The break fast and room was very nice. I look foward to my next stay.

“Awesome hotel!”

This hotel was wonderful. It was spotless and comfortable. The bed was heavenly (and the mattress was clean). The room was a nice size with a cute little kitchen. The sink area was seperate from the shower/toilet, which is great for busy mornings. It was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was great, with a nice variety of food. Each morning there were two egg dishes, a meat, potatoes, cereal, milk, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, everything you could desire. The employees were friendly, cheerful and helpful, especially the breakfast dude, who always made sure everyone had everything they needed. The location was so convenient--close to the airport, easy to find, very short drive to the wharf and downtown. We loved this hotel! It was a great price, convenient, clean, quiet, nicely furnished. I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommend this hotel.
