“Surprisingly Nice Quality and Good Value”
They upgraded me to the executive floor so I got a remodeled room which was excellent. The lobby area was remodeled and is one of the finest Holiday Inns that I've seen....very elegant, like an upscale hotel. Unfortunately, like most SF hotels, they charge extra for parking.....never like that. I got back from a meeting several hours after I checked out and my parking had expired. They gave me a pass with very nice courtesy. Had breakfast in their well-designed restaurant: it was Excellent! Great service, terrific food. Not bargain-priced at all, but I definitely got what I paid for. This wasn't a cheap place to stay, but reasonably priced for the location and I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything....it exceeded my expectations (except for the cost of parking).

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Restaurant was very good. We would definately stay there again. Excellent value for the price. Don't let the outside fool ya. Very nice inside.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was nicely decorated. The employees, especially the front door/ bellhops were very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely go back. I did not enjoy paying extra for parking, I am not used to the costs associated with big cities. Overall would reccomend this hotel.

“A Nice Surprise!”
I booked this hotel because it was close to relatives I was visiting. I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. The pool was awesome, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be beat. Parking was secure and not a bad price for the area. Will definitely return. I got way more than I expected for the price.

This was our first trip to SF. We were somewhat apprehensive to stay at this hotel for 7 days given the reviews and rating of 3.2. However, even though the hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations our stay was fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay there again. - centrally located for walking everywhere or transit at the door - great service and breakfast - friendly and responsive staff - overall great value -
