“Security staff response”
Thirteen rude, unruly guests in the next room were evicted from the hotel by the security staff after we called the front desk to report repeated loud door slamming, loud voices and general obnoxious behavior after midnight. We heard one woman exclaim as she was escorted out "well, where are we going to go now, since everything else is closed". Thank you to the front desk and security staff for a job well done and a peaceful night once those folks were gone.
“Hotel was very convenient to get to from the Airport.”
We both had a wonderful time. The service was great as well as the friendliness of the service personnel. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. We happened to stay at the Hilton on our return trip on Saturday night.
“Traveler's resting place”
We love the beddings and large puffy pillows, so comfy and resting... The new large screen TV, so nice to have to enjoy the beautiful sunny room when not going out. It is a very nice air port hotel, so quiet....
“Newly re-furbished!”
Almost like walking into a new hotel, due to recent renovation. Only thing they need to change is their airport service phone message, which notified me that my hotel was "closed for extensive renovation." Recommended!

I have stayed at four other hotels at SFO and thi is the only one I would return to.
“Sheraton (airport Hotel)”
We stayed at this hotel prior to our early flight the following day back to the east coast. We had a nice room with water view. Room service was good as was the service at the lounge downstairs. We were able to use the shuttle at 4:00am to the airport and our driver even produced two cups of coffee while we waited to go to the airport when we asked it of him. Overall very pleased with the choice to stay here prior to our flight.

My kids and I had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton San Fran Airport hotel! The room was always spotless during the day, and quiet at night. We had the breakfast buffet one morning and it was great. If we come to San Fran again, we'll definitely stay here.
