“Would go back”

Despite the hotel being near the airport, dual pane windows kept jet noise at a minimum. I-Hop is with-in walking distance and is open 24hrs. Conference Center is across the street. Check-in was efficient..

“Right next to freeway exit”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The downside was that it was next to freeway and sometimes you can hear the traffic.

“Quiet just as promised”

Despite being right next to the freeway, the hotel was well insulated and very quiet. Close to the airport. Two cautions: they consider king bed and two doubles equivalent and the hotel shuttle takes some time as it stops at other nearby hotels on the way.

“Great deal”

I must admit we were surprised with the hotel. For the price/deal we got - through Expedia - my husband and his family expected a dive. But what a surprise to them all. I wouldn't have expected anything less froma Sheraton property. Although located just off the 101, the noise didn't bother us - we were on the opposite end of the hotel. My sis-in-law did hear the freeway noise, but didn't complain about it. Great location - easy access off the freeway. Easy ride into downtown San Francisco, without the high cost of lodging and parking. Great staff. Very friendly. Would stay here again.
