Good value for airport location

“very convenient”

This hotel is very conveniently located with a free 5 minute shuttle service to SFO. Personnel is friendly and professional. From SFO BART goes quickly to downtown San Francico. No need to rent a car or use Taxis or stay at expensive downtown hotels. Row of good restaurants is in walking distance.

“Good Deal especially for travelers”

I love to stay at the Crowne Plaza SFO and do so regularly. The hotel is wonderful. My only complaint is that I booked through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children for rates that stated breakfast buffet included and at the hotel, I received vouchers for only two of us for the breakfast and had to pay for the other two.

“Just perfect for us!”

Everything about the hotel was just fine! They were able to accommodate us, even when we had to come in late. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with the airport shuttle to SFO the next morning. It's not a Waldorf Astoria, but they had excellent rooms that met all of our needs and personnel that was fantastic! Will definitely come back!

“comfortable and convenient”

Enjoyed the light meal we had at the Cafe. It would have been nice if a notice of the early bird special was posted in our room. The convenience to the airport was important.

“We alwasys stay here”

whenever we travel, this is the place we stay the night before our flights. It's very clean, the location is perfect and the staff have always been very nice to work with.

“Good Hotel”

Perfect location, not too far from Frisco, The location offers a relaxed enviornment away from the city traffic jams. The sorrounding neighborhoods offer some rather good eats and shopping.

Hotel was very nice and close to what we wanted to visit. The previous reviews helped me make my decision on choosing a hotel.
