“This hotel was perfect!”

After reading the reviews on this hotel I was a bit nervous on booking it, I did anyways. My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night, it was a beautiful room. The neighborhood is not that great but the hotel is well secured, gated parking and guest only access to parking structure. The rooms are extremely clean, bed very comfy, bathrooms very updated, oh and flat screen tv. The room was perfect for the price. The breakfast was also fullfilling and very well set-up, we will definetly stay there again the next time we go to San Francisco.

“Very nice hotel”

Every thing is good and perfect except the door key sometimes is not frendly to me and does not let me in my room especially when I am very tired back from outside. The hotel is the best hotel I have been stayed in San Francisco.

It's a great place, although the neighboorhood is kinda rough. It is close to the union square and has shuttles.

The hotel is excellent , the neighborhood looks not safe, take a taxi to go some place, even to Union square that is near, but the way looks not safe

“Worth the money”

Though in the heart of the Tenderloin, this hotel was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely take advantage of their continental breakfast. It is on the very top floor of the hotel, and has a great view of the surrounding area and Financial District.

“Cova in October”

Very nice Hotel. In a pretty tough area of town, but the people do not bother you. We walked to our restaurant after dark and there were many people on the streets and no one bothered us. There was no air conditioning in our room and it got pretty hot. We opened the sliding door to the outside, but it stayed pretty warm and it got noisy. The room was clean and had been updated recently. It was located near Union Square and other attractions. One thing you have to know upfront is if you rent a car or drive, parking is not free. We paid $25 per day for parking at the hotel. You did have unlimited entry and exits but it was an expense that I didn't expect. The staff was great.

“Nice hotel inside in reasonably convenient location”

This hotel is cost effective considering its a pretty good location. Close to Mascone and Union square. Just a short walk to BART. We only found a few mid-range restaurants within a few blocks, but for a short stay that was OK.

“affordable but really nice hotel”

considering the price that we got it, the hotel was really nice. they offered free wi-fi and breakfast. the neighborhood was scary though. hotel staff was accommodating.
