“new years in san francisco”

“I would stay here again!”
I was too hesitant to book the hotel due to the location; however, the expedia deal was too hard to beat. The hotel was clean and the room was large with a comfortable bed, and well stocked bathroom. I didn't have any problems walking to and from the hotel from the Civic Center station. The morning breakfast helped to defray costs and the computers in the business center are super fast.
“Nice room to stay in”
Very nice hotel room. Staff were nice and helpful. I wish I didn't have to pay for parking, although it was a little cheaper than many other hotels.
“Excellent hotel, well worth the money”
We booked the hotel and upon reading the reviews were a little worried about the area. We needn't have been. Even though there are a lot of homeless around we never felt threatened or intimidated. The hotel itself was excellent, the room large and very nice with well equipped bathroom and flatscreen tv and spacious and clean. The air conditioning in our room was a must and never let us down. The staff were polite and very helpful and we certainly had no language barrier with anyone dispite some reviews on here. The (FREE) breakfast on the eighth floor was better than many we had paid for. All in all a really good hotel and stay. Also try the chinese restaurant next to the hotel - may not look the best but the food was lovely and so cheap too! Transport to the hotel was simple as bus stop (31) was just on the next corner
“Pleasantly surprised!”
the room i stayed in was recently renovated according to the people at the front desk. very nice room with a flat screen tv. the bed was big and comfy and the pillows were first class! even the parking is a deal, though it is limited. the only downside would be the neighborhood. there are a lot of homeless people around there. i would definately stay at the air tavel hotel again and again.
“Great hotel, new rooms, best value in SF”
I was a little hesitant to book this hotel due to the location, but besides the location, everything else was absolutely fantastic for the price we paid. If you walk up a block on Geary, it is a whole new area. They offer hourly shuttles to Union Square and Moscone center, and they have onsite secure parking. You are only a few blocks away from Union Square. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very modern with spacious bathroom and the bedding was first class. You can't beat the price and if it wasn't for the location, it should be a 4 star hotel.

The area was not to my expectation. The hotel is nice but stay away from the Tenderloin area.
“A jewel in the heart of San Francisco”
Don't be disappointed this hotel is not near Fisherman's Wharf or other tourist attractions! This hotel is in the area of San Francisco which is safe and ideal for shopping. It is central for doing half-day trips to every part of San Francisco!

“Cova Hotel”
I actually was impressed eith the hotel. The area before getting to the Cova Hotel wasn't that great, but was relieved when I got there. It looked really nice and was comfortable. The staff was helpfull and provided us with complimentary shuttles which was great and a great saver on my pocket.
