“Wonderful airport hotel. Would not hesitate to go back”
The staff was very friendly. The shuttle came right to our door to pick us up. No waiting. The rooms were very clean.

it was a great hotel. clean, convenient... breakfast was a WONDERFUL. if you want to stay with your family, i think this hotel is good.
“Mom and daughter felt secure”
Drove to the Hotel, arrived late in the evening and were treated great by the staff. In the morning had an excellent free continental breakfast with more friendly staff. The shuttle came right in front of our room took us to the airport. Saw my daughter off on her long journey then returned to hotel on the shuttle. Again, courteous efficient shuttle staff. I got my car and drove home. This hotel and staff made this exciting, stressful time go very smoothly and pleasantly.
“Good Airport Hotel”
If you want an aiport hotel with free shuttle early continental breakfast, you can't go wrong with El Rancho. We arrived around noon earlier than planned and checked in no problem. Shuttles in either direction were plentiful and easy to book. We will use this hotel again.
“Definitely a place to stay”
A little problem with heat at night but staff were most helpful and overall great place.
“Excellent place”
We were in San Francisco for a quick 3 day trip and looking for a place to stay on a budget. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, shuttle service was excellent and we were able to use it to access the BART from the airport to get downtown. Also convenient walking distance to supermarket for snacks, etc. and pharmacy as well. Also Chinese restaurant next door very good, and the continental breakfast was very convenient. We will definitely stay again!!

“Airport Perfect”
If you are in need of a room near the airport ... book this place. Squeaky clean, friendly, close by ... and inexpensive to boot !!!
“Very nice accomodations”
We only stayed for one short night (we needed a place to stay near the airport) and I can't imagine anything more perfect. The room was big, clean, and quiet. (However, there is a train that runs behind the hotel, but I only heard it once when I was standing outside). The airport shuttle was extremely convenient, they had continental breakfast starting super early so we didn't have to eat at the airport, and it's located in a very convenient part of town. My only complaint would have to be that the rooms don't actually have WiFi, you have to plug into the box or go to common areas to use the WiFi. But that wasn't even that big of a deal, because we connected easily. Good place to stay near the airport...we were very happy.
“Fit the bill”
Value, convenience, service. The El Rancho provided it all in spades for our weekend layover on our way to Maui. The service was professional and attentive and the bed linens were to die for. This mature hotel has done a great job of updating without pricing itself out of reach of most people. Convenient to BART and trips into SF. Plenty of other walking amentities within walking distance.
