“Simple, clean & easy.”
Very clean and simple hotel. Check in/out we're a breeze and the staff was great. Not sure what the complaints about the neighborhood being loud are all about as we had no noise problems at all.
“Cozy, good location”
The room was small but well maintained. The location is great and the front desk manager was very personable and helped us with directions in the city.
“Def going back to SF”
Hotel was more than I expected, room was clean and nice. Parking was easy rigth outside on main street just have to get out before 8am. I think the area was safe, I dont know what people are talking about the bar being noise, I didnt hear a thing. I will definetely go back to this hotel.

“The Best Kept Secret”
This hotel was more than we expected. It is located in San Francisco near the airport and Pier 39. The room was spacious, quaint, and the bathroom had marble floors and a marble bathtub/shower enclosure with a peddlestole sink. The bed was "very comfortable!" Unlike other hotels, this one had the basics, simple, and with a touch of class. I will always stay at this hotel when I am in San Francisco.
“Great place for GREAT price!”
This hotel is located less than a half mile from a bart station. It is also only a half mile from the Mezzanine. If it wasn't raining, we would have walked to ALL of our destinations.

Inexpensive hote. Located a few blocks from Market Street, a major street where several BART (subway) stops are located. I often visit Berkeley and Oakland while staying in San Francisco so access to BART is very important to me.
“Great little hotel, great price.”
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's location is perfect, not sketchy like other reviewers mentioned. It's close to lots of bars, clubs, and places to eat. Also a short walk to union square. The room was small but well equipped. Internet worked well, enjoyed the sink and the fridge. The shower had great water pressure. This is not in any way a fancy hotel but it was perfect for those who just want a comfortable place to sleep and bathe. There's a good chance I will come back to this hotel.
“Nice Little Hotel”
Hotel is well located in the city, close to downtown. The beds and room were clean as well as the restroom. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. The continental breakfast was made up of fresh muffins and coffee. Thee is a bar below the hotel, so if you like a quiet night ask for a room on the other side. The only down side was the fact that there was no parking close by, but there is a valet service for $18. Overall, would use again.
“Very impressed”
Stayed here for 3 nights following a cancelled flight due to hurricane Irene. Had to stay at another hotel for one night before this, and couldn't wait to get out of the other hotel. This place was amazing in comparison. The room was great, had a comfy king bed, tv, fridge, nice bathroom with shower and bath, complementary soap, lotion, shampoo etc etc. Even had a reasonable view of the city from my window! Staff were excellent. Guys at the desk were very helpful and cleaners were efficient and friendly. Location isn't perfect as you are quite a distance from fishermans wharf and all the attractions over that side, but fairly close to the baseball stadium and mission. I still managed to walk through market st and along the wharfs two days while i was here, and hired a bike to ride over the golden gate on another day. Breakfast is fairly small (muffins and pastries) but a reasonable start to the day. There is a convenience store across the road and several pubs / clubs right nearby, so always something to do. I'd recommend it!
