“The Abigail”
Wonderfully friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. I would definitely stay there again.
“Will go again!”
The hotel is super cute. The rooms are a little small but very charming with new bathroom features and a huge walk-in closet. If you are looking for a San Francisco experience and would like to walk to bars/shops and be apart of the city, this is the place!

“The SFO Picasso visit”
very nice hotel still under renovation. we see potential at this place. cant wait until all of the equipment is in working order. room sizes are huge compared to SFO standards. if you're looking for a 5 star experience with a pool and bedside service, this is not the place to be. however if you're into the more homegrown service and we to do the best we can for you, then this is a great place to begin. the staff was great, they made us feel welcome to SFO.
“Budget friendly”
Bottom line...you get what you pay for. I read some reviews before choosing this place. All reviews are very accurate. The "lift" is still not functioning so if you are physically challenged the stairs are steep and there a many of them. There are personal heaters that do the job. Make sure the heater is off when using a blow dryer as your circuit will blow. If you're not a "picky person" and on a budget this is the hotel for you.
“Tub won't drain”
Tub wouldn't drain. The staff worked hard but was unorganized.
“Good Location but still "under contruction"”
This hotel is a good place for sleeping and the location is great. The staff is friendly. The bathroom in our room had new flooring which was nice, but the window in the bathroom was really old. Due to construction, the elevator is out of service to access rooms on all the floors(a total of 6 or 7) so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs, their free wifi is only available in the lobby, and some of the rooms are not completely finished with paint and siding. During our stay the hot water was not working from noon to about 7pm, this was not convienent. If you are not comfortable with a cool room, I'd recommend asking for extra blankets, I was very cozy with the blankets provided, but I like my room cool. The breakfast is extremely basic with bread, pound cake, juice and coffee.
“Noisy”
street noise and the homeless sleeping on the mall area outside city hall make me very uncomfortable suggesting this to anyone without warning them that it exist. I personally would stay again, but would suggest women steer clear.
“GOOOD BARGAIN”
