Great welcome by the desk staff. They were warm, knowledgeable and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Nice stay, great parking and located close to where I needed to be.
Dining area was okay, food okay, not real exciting menu.
Great service, great room, lots of free parking in the back. The free coffee and breakfast are really good. The room had alot of shelving and nice Bvgari toilletries. Overall, it was a quality experience and J would stay here again.

Location is within minutes from major shopping stores. Burbank airport is 5mins. down the street and the I-5 is also about 5mins. away. Staff is prompt and friendly. Noise level is very low. Some rooms have a small kitchen. Ideal for long stays with family. Size of rooms are good. Only draw back is the price. Even on non-long weekends the price range could go north of $130. But nonetheless, it's way nicer than the Ramada down the street and cheaper than the Courtyard next door.
Relatives stayed at this hotel when it was a Ramada so I figured to give it a shot. I noticed immediately when checking in, the newly painted walls. There was a weird smell in the room when 1st arrived. The room was comfortable & clean, but I noticed the carpets were older & needed replacing. I hope they get the carpets replaced. The wood doors on the cabinets were noticeably chipped & would not close all the way. More improvements need to be made but my overall experience was good.
I spent Valentines weekend with my boyfriend & the hotel was terribly understaffed. Only one person for guest services is ridiculous especially on such a busy weekend! I had asked when I checked in to please have dinnerware in the room before 6pm because we were having dinner our room & when we get there (7:30pm) there is nothing and it takes two hours to get our dinnerware mind you our dinner plans were ruined.
There was no toothpaste or other utilities in our room, my stay was okay ONLY because of my boyfriend.
We needed a quick stay over in the area for an engagement party and this absolutely worked.
Very nice people..
Very dark curtains to block am sun
I would stay again if needed
Initial impression driving up is this looks like a motel, and the layout certainly is. But the room was nice and clean (I' 9hm so paranoid of bedbugs), the bed very comfortable, and overall was great for a quick stay. The parking is monitored so we felt safe leaving our car there, which was fully loaded with our valuables (we were moving far) even with a luggage bag on top (not locked). We were told by locals it's a pretty nice area of town. We woke up the next morning to find our stuff still there! Not that it's recommended to do that, but it was fine for us.The complimentary breakfast was kinda lacking, bagel was a little stale, and it was basic continental fare. Some places surprise you with a waffles or some other perk, not this place. It was ok, we had to leave anyway, so really no time to linger over a hot plate anyway.
Simply known as “The Valley,” this sprawling area includes the suburbs of Encino, Northridge, and Van Nuys. But Burbank is the key attraction, as several movie and TV studios are based here. Universal Studios’ theme park combines tourism with the local craft. Griffith Park provides much needed green in a city known for its smog. Nearby, the Burbank airport is an alternative to LAX.
