“Very pleasant stay”

I stayed here for one night on my way through San Diego area. I was very happy with the friendliness, the cleanliness of my room, and the amenities offered. The price was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

“Perfectly adequate if you have to be in La Mesa”

For a short stay at a cheap motel, this was just fine. In fact, it was excellent value for money.

“Great Hotel For The Price”

This hotel was the best I've ever stayed in at this price. To say it was affordable is an understatement. Everything was great - the cleanliness of the room, the continental breakfast, the staff, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

“"We'll stay here the next time we visit San Diego"!”

We found this hotel to be very clean. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The building is older and the beds were horribly hard. The pillows were square, which were a little odd. I brought my own pillow but should have brought two. Again, I would have scored this 5 across the board, but it was older and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. So, the overall rating is a 4. There is an outdoor pool, not sure that it is heated. A hot tub would have been a wonderful treat too! Very great location to get to anything in the city!!! We will definately stay here again as the price was right!!

Area recommendations

La Mesa is central and a great suburb to stay. Mall and eating places are very close.

good location and the breakfast was decent. The room was comfy and the bathroom was clean. love my view to the streets.
