“15 minutes from LegoLand”
Good experience with this hotel. Staff are nice and it's only about 1 yr old during the time of this review. Free high speed internet, 8mbps down 5mbps up. Full size fridge/freezer, sink, toaster oven, microwave to name a few. Decor is modern contemporary. The pictures on their website makes the place seem larger than it truly is, especially the pool area, but overall I had a great experience with my family there while we visited Legoland (15 minutes away) and Seaworld (45minutes away).

My fiance and I stayed at this hotel in December 2010 and were not expecting much, but figured anything was better than our family's couch. This hotel went far beyond our expectations, with friendly service, amazing suites for the price, new and aesthetically pleasing rooms and a high standard of cleanliness. When we were called back to Vista to visit the same family in February 2011, we booked the same hotel without reservation. Again, we were incredibly satisfied with the service and hotel. We will surely be in Vista again for future family visits and will definitely book TownePlace Suites when we do.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. We were on the third floor and it was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our time there and plan to return.
“Great hotel”
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a couple of miles off of the 78, as well as from Legoland, but it was a nice hotel, with a mini kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and there's a Starbucks in the parking lot! Perfect for all those travellers who need their morning coffee from something other than the continental breakfast pot.

“Happy mother of 2”
Room was very comfortable. Bed is soft. Bedding is very clean. Towels a little rough. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean. I gave a rating of four bc u have to stay there for at least seven days to get housekeeping done to your room for free...otherwise it's $40. Location is very convenient. Breakfast was ok....microwaveable sausage egg chz sandwich, bagels, cereals, and so forth...don't expect bacon pancakes.... Overall stay was worth the money.

“Vista TownePlace Suites”
Upon checkin, at about midnight, I had to wait several minutes for the front desk clerk to come back from doing her chores, but once I got checked in, we chatted for several minutes. She was very pleasant. Breakfast wasn't as good as I have had at other business hotels as this one only had cold cereal and toast. Room was very large and well appointed with full-sized refrigerator and microwave, plus a large screen LCD TV. However, the air conditioning seemed to be programmed to only run at certain times as I lowered the temperature on the thermostat, but the A/C only came on at (weird) intervals. Overall - a good hotel for the price.

Breakfast service was great. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. Clean carpet and nice furniture. But linens on sofabed was sooooo dirty with hair and sand. Had to ask for new linens and blanket. Looked like sofabed hadn't been cleaned in years. Could hear next room guests laughing and TV at bedtime but no big deal. Yeah, I'd definately recommend to friends and family.
