“Satisfied as allways.”
The only problem I can think of, is that if I dont do my reservations with time I might not find a room here.... The service is superb, so are the rooms and restaurants. Wish all hotels were like this.
“Impressive!”
Great stay, very clean, very helpful staff. I am very picky on cleanliness and conditon of hotels. I have seen nothing better. Beautiful Veiws! Can't wait to stay there again!
“a beautiful spot”
The only caveat: eat in the Grill where the food and menu are far superior to the A. Valentin dining room. Nonetheless, it must be said that watching the sun go down over the Pacific, through the Torrey pines, from the Valentin dining room is a glorious experience.
“All Inclusive Perfection!”
This is THE BEST place we have ever had the pleasure to stay at ...EVER! The resort is absolutely beautiful and extremely relaxing with plenty of fun things to do and see in gorgeous downtown La Jolla after the complementary limousine service driver drops you off (he will pick you up also!). The employees were all very courteous and efficient. The food and room service were awesome and the spa was incredible!
“WANT TO RETURN”
GREAT HOTEL--CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN
“Excellent Resort”
We had an excellent vacation. The facility was lovely with many amenities. We are not golfers but the grounds were beautiful and the service was impeccable. We did the morning nature walk and the view over the ocean was beautiful, but the views from the State Park side were even better and the walk to get to them was nicer. The main things on our trip were done in downtown San Diego, but the ease of using the freeways made this location very accessible. and we like the separation from the urban environment. Thanks for a lovely break from our daily routine.
“Beautiful”
We've always wanted to stay at this hotel and we weren't disappointed. It doesn't need a long review....just know it's a beautiful hotel, wonderful outdoor spaces and we'd definately stay there again.
“Very Nice!”
This hotel was very nice! Great location and a great price with expedia. My only dislike was that I couldnt get my favorite "latte" at the hotel. You can get espresso, but you have to go to the dine in restaurant or order room service. Otherwise my experience was great.
“Couldn't have been happier”
The Lodge at Torrey Pines is the most comfortable, friendly and helpful hotel my husband and I have stayed in. The staff would print out detailed maps and instructions on how to get to our daily destinations, offered discount tickets to tourist sites and even opened the fitness center early on our last day so we could get our workout in before leaving. The rooms were impeccably kept and very attractive. The restaurants were pricey but the food quality, presentation, etc. was outstanding. I would go back in a heartbeat.
