“Wish I was still there......”

I was a little nervous about the hotel as I had read mixed reviews that the staff was unfriendly and the service was lacking.... I found the total opposite. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The concierge was also very helpful and informative. The help of these people made our journey around San Diego very easy and inexpensive. I would go back in a heartbeat. The grounds of the hotel made you feel like you were in a carribean resort. Beautiful...

“I was impressed”

I was definetely impressed as everything was quite good. The location is beautiful, convenient, the hotel is well kept, extremely safe area, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. Take it from someone who is quite particular...I would recommend this hotel.

We would defininatly go back! The grounds were well kept. The service was extremely good. And the Blue Pearle Restuarant was a life saver!

“Great Place to stay when going to Seaworld!!!”

It was a great overall stay. Really close to seaworld. We actually walked to Seaworld from our room and it took us about 15 minutes.

Stayed in older part with pool view room. This wasn't bad at all but I would suggest getting a bay view room as they are newer. Staff was very nice and accomodated us very well.

The location was great. It was central to all of the activities that my wife and I had planned. The grounds were well maintained. Access to the pool was restricted to one gate only other then that all was good. The beds were highly comfortable. The food offering in the restaurant was very good.

“stay in deluxe premium bay guest room-very clean, great view”

Stay in te deluxe premium guest room. First floor has a patio with chairs a small table and a lounge chair. There is your own private little gate that allows you to walk through the grass to the bay. Amazing views. If you stay on the second floor it has a balcony but I personally requested the first floor so that i would be able to walk right out. I also recommend renting aqua cycles, or paddle boats or waverunners which are located in the hotel.

“Very nice hotel”

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Staff was fantastic. Blue Pearl restaurant is okay and not centrally located on the property. Only problem we had was our room phone would ring randomly and unfortunately in the very early morning hours. The hotel was great in resolving the problem.
