“Good stay”

Overall, our stay was pleasant. We were able to check in early and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Customer service was great. They even provided shuttle service to sea world. My only complaints were that the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors yelling at their kid next door and we could hear the people walking around above us sometimes. Also the power went out several times on a second and third night but the problem was addressed quickly. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

“Dana over Thanksgiving weekend”

Room was very nice. Had a balcony and could see the bay. Guest Services were good. Parking was a problem here. You first had to pay to park, but when we returned from a late evening, there were no parking places left. Went to the desk and they refunded the parking fee and had me park on the other side of the property. They did have coffee in the lobby, but removed it at 7AM when the gift shop opened. Over all, it is a very nice hotel, and I would stay there again.

“Very Cozy”

I had a great time staying at Dana. The thing impressed me most is that they have refrigerator and microwave in the room. It also have a very nice flat screen TV. However, the room and bathroom are a little small.

“Not bad”

Decent location, close to sea world. The rooms were a bit dated and not as clean as other hotels I've stayed at. And the housekeeping was sketchy at best. They constantly forgot to refill things, coffee one day, towels the next. They were very friendly when reminded... but who wants to have to do that? The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and wonderful, front desk, shuttle drivers and everyone else.

“Not impressed”

I called hotel twice before and after my reservation to check the room square footage and condition. They told me the same on both calls, 525 sq. ft and newly renovated last winter. Well, when i checked in, there was no that kind of room available. They are all sold out. the one I got was the smallest and oldest room I ever stayed in my entire life. It's definitly less than 300 sq. ft for sure. The bathroom and carpet are so old and dirty that I was only willing to pay $50 a night if not because of it's location. Very disappointed. Expedia offered good last minute deals but hotel could mislead you. You ended up got stuck and lived with it.
