“nice but..”

We really liked our room. Nice king bed, but only 3 very little very flat pillows, and when we asked for more, we were told that they didnt have any. Also the tv remote didnt work and the buttons onthe tv didnt work correctly all the time. But the room had a nice big bed, a fridge, microwave, and big bathroom counter area. In thoes way's it was better than our last room in Vegas! But for the price, I am very happy with what we recieved. Also the front desk lady was very helpful and the next day even refunded us money that we were charged by mistake.

“Old and tricky”

There was some confusion about fees when I stayed at this motel. When checking in I was told that I had to give a safe deposit for the use of the in-room safe and if I didn't use the safe I would be refunded at checkout. At checkout I was told that that was not a fee that was refunded and it was a regular charge. I didn't understand why I would be charged another fee after the room charges and tax were paid. I was able to get my $ back but it seemed shady. Maybe there was a language bearer, I don't know. Room was not extremely clean and the beading was old and worn but I guess you get what you pay for.

“Very frustrated.”

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, 5 of which the internet didn't work. The front desk help didn't seem to know what they were doing trying to fix it, and didn't bother contacting someone to fix it. Also our room rarely got cleaned before 3:30, one time we came back to discover the TV had been left on, the channel changed, and the volume up. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while travelling this would be fine for a night but I wouldn't recommend it for vacations.

“Non-smoking? Comfort?”

Besides the fact that the pillows were flat, a hard bed (which left my back hurting for a few days after) and last but not least....how do you have a non smoking room between two smoking rooms? We woke up to a strong smoke order every morning which was so horrible, Im just glad it didnt trigger my daughters asthma! Other then that, I can't complain since we were in and out of the room all weekend
