“Great hotel, great location!”

This was a very nice hotel, and extremely convenient to downtown San Diego. The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view, and the service was consistently pleasant.

“Great for a weekend by the Bay”

I was very impressed with this hotel in comparison to other hotels we had stayed at for the same price throughout southern CA. The room was very large and comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to some great restaurants and sites throughout the San Diego area. The staff was very helpful in pointing us toward the right direction to great restaurants and live music in the Gaslamp Quarter. They were also very helpful in helping us find the cheapest price for booking another night at the hotel. Down sides were the parking lot price ($22 a night) and it's very tight corner. Also, for room service they certainly charged an arm and a leg for a meal that I could have gotten not only cheaper but of better quality in any other restaurant near by.

“Quiet nice hotel in San Diego”

The room are clean and very spacious. Nice place for family with one or two kids. The restaurant is okay but the rest of service is excellent.

“The Sweet Suites at Sheraton”

It was a beautiful location and the room was excellent! Big, spacious, and comfortable! The sheets are clean and the linens are comfortable! There is a living room and large bathroom. The location was a short brisk walk to the gas lamp. Dinner spots, clubs and bars were close. I would stay and will go back!

“Just what I needed”

This hotel was going to be a quick trip until I could arrainge other accomdations closer to where I needed to be for the week. I should have stayed at Symphony Hall the entire week. Is was in a better location than I realized is was going to be. Transportation was readily available for me when I needed. The staff was accomodating when I requested a late checkout for me to keep my meeting schedule despite the fact that they told me they were at capacity the following day. Good experience.

Great experience, all staff friendly and helpful with directions. Engaged in conversations and seemed interested in to why we were visiting San Diego.

“Ease of Comfort”

First time stay at the Sheraton Suites San Diego at Symphony Hall and I have to say it was quite nice. Great location in a city that's easy to get around. The staff were helpful at the front desk and having free computers in the lobby made it convienient to check our flight in before leaving the hotel. The room was larger than expected and nicely arranged with a great view. Plenty of parking in the surrounding area, so no need to deal with the $20 a day parking available. I'd certainly stay here again.

“Cheap and conveniently located”

The room was very nice and clean. LOVE the space in the room because we got two beds along with a sofa bed (in a separate living room). It was only a 5 minute walk to the Gaslamp District so that was awesome.

“Good hotel”

Well maintained. Gym and pool facilties quite good. Hotel restaurant menu limited but adequate. Can walk to the convention center during the day, but a bit dicey in the evening.

“Very roomy for 3 women”

We stayed for business and it was 3 to a room. Very roomy. Perfect location. Walking distance to the gaslamp area or a $3 or $4 cab ride at night. Also whenever we called for our morning cab they would have two there waiting before we got downstairs. Perfect!
