“Sheraton at La Jolla Village”

Very good comfortable clean accommodations friendly service at such a great location for the price. Difficult to top this at the price! I've stayed at this hotel 5 separate times. Very much worth it.

“I can't believe this is a Sheraton”

I expect something when I stay at a Sheraton - nice facilities, clean rooms that are modern, etc. Instead, the hotel has a great location but has really not kept up with the times. For example the air conditioner and heater was extremely loud throughout the night. The bathroom is very small and barely fits a person who wants to close the door. The restaurant and lounge are very dated; the bar is very dark and the restaurant food is mediocre.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the hospital facilities at U.C. San Diego Medical Center. It was very convenient for that purpose.

“Very good experience”

The room was very comfortable. The pool was great--not too warm, not too cold. The gym had good aerobic equipment. The breakfast in the hotel was quite good, as was the dining service--friendly, helpful. The wireless internet was slow but free. The grounds were well kept. It is right by the main entrance to UCSD, so it is a great place to stay if you are visiting someone there.

“Convenient to UCSD”

The hotel is conveniently located close to the UCSD campus. The entrance is off from the main street and not well marked, making it a little tricky to find. The rooms appear to be recently remodeled and comfortable. While wi-fi is included, the download speed was slow making You Tube-like video streaming almost unwatchable.

“Very Impressed”

Very impressed with the staffs & the amenities of the hotel provided... The little things that the hotel provided like popcorn, tea (for those do not drink coffee), the sponge for the shower gel (most hotel provided the shower gel but not the sponge), a little package with cotton ball & Q-Tips... The little things we tendency to forget when traveling... Would definitely recommend and stay at any Sheraton Hotel in the future... A very satisfied customer...
