It is close to the office. The sink in the room has a drainage hole, which looks rather dirty and smells a bit. It would be good to sanitize it.

Too Noisy, either from the freeway, refrigerator or air conditioner. Bed was uncomfortable. Was like sleeping on a giant marshmallow with two sunken in holes on both sides. Staff was great and place was clean.

Hallways had a bad smell. Sofa bed was impossible to sleep in. It was disappointing comparing to the photos.

Very comfortable and quiet. Service was excellent. The AC unit in the bedroom was extremely loud and Internet was weak. TV buffered and Tech support could not get my kindle on line.

The Residence Inn was a very nice and clean place to stay. The front desk person that checked me in was very helpful and made a great recommendation to get a tee time for Torrey Pines and it worked! I highly recommend stay at this property if your in town..

My San Diego Trip
The entire hotel was immaculate. From the rooms to the breakfast area everything was clean and comfortable. Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and accommodated 6 people comfortably. Everything you needed to cook and wash dishes was available in the room. It’s a great pet friendly hotel with a designated area for potty breaks for your dogs. They supply waste bags. The area around the hotel was great for walking my dog. I felt save and took my dog on pleasant walks up and down the hills. I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed here for business for almost a week. The shining star of this hotel are the lovely staff. Sweet, welcoming, attentive - I looked forward to seeing them. The breakfast was good, iced coffee a plus! The room was exactly what I needed for my time there and was conveniently located.

Wouldn’t recommend this location anymore. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The front desk seemed over rude and not wanting to help when needed. I need an invoice with pricing - as this is a work expense.. when asking for that, I was told no.. so I asked how much exactly the charge was.. I was told “around $1,000” .. so confused why I couldn’t receive an invoice or an accurate amount.. As far as my room: nice area. Smaller than pictured, but nice. Bathroom had not been stocked with toilet paper or clean towels. But when calling down, that was quickly fixed. Our sheets though had multiple dark rings. Almost looking like coffee stains. Hope it just an unfortunate event - overall just yucky.

We had to go to work at a restaurant in this city and had no choice but to bring our two sons with us, and they had a blast at this hotel. it’s like a mini apartment it had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a hit for them.

Warning $18 per day parking fee.
Hotel was nice except for dated bathroom. My biggest complaint is with hotels.com for not listing a additional $18 a day parking fee that was not listed on booking. I chose this hotel because it did not have a parking fee listed and felt it was worth a little extra driving to save the $72. It’s disappointing!
