“Would stay again”
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful when we needed direction on getting around in the city. Hotel staff always kept the room clean. Only minor complaint is that the air condition is a little loud. Overall, great place to stay for families.
“Nice suite, adequate breakfast, so-so service”
The hotel was clean and well kept up with all the ameneties you would expect at an all suites hotel. The breakfast was also typical with a wide variety of choices. The food quality was fair. The breakfast area was very cramped and it was difficult to find a place to eat due to all the people. There is one small area that services three buildings so I would guess this is a common problem. When asked, the staff opened the meeting room which is adjacent and this gave plenty of room although no real ambience. Also, I couldn't find any vending machines in the building where I was staying so had to go to the main building (where there is a small concession at the front desk) to get a soda. When I checked in (about 11PM on a Saturday evening) the clerk was efficient but lacked any welcoming or friendly attitude. I felt I was an inconvenience. The price was fair considering the area and the quality of the experience.
