“Great hotel for a great price!”

I went to this hotel not expecting too much because I got such a great deal on it, but it was great. The front desk lady was extremely nice at check in and check out. She even went out of her way to allow my friends and I to check in early. It was greatly appreciated since we were attending a concert at Cricket that started before the check in time. Our room was clean, and well kept. The hotel is in a great area, it's close to Cricket Amph., the beach and even Mexico. Theres a gas station and places to eat within walking distance. I'm from a bordering city so I expected it to not be too safe to walk around late at night, but I never worried about the area during our stay, it's safe and there was even a night security guy in the lobby when we got back from our concert late that night. I will definitely go back to this place when I vist the area again.

“Won't return”

During my stay the weather was great. The a/c did not work properly an at night we had to request a fan be brought up. Old rugs in the hallway. Elevator would jump and made loud noises. There was drinking going on for two days that I saw. For the name RAMADA INN I expected a lot more.

This is a nice hotel. No balconies but huge windows. Very clean and spacious.

“Clean and basic”

Front desk personnel very courteous. Room was very clean and in good repair. The decor was minimalist however not worn or dirty. Even an extra pillow was provided if needed in the closet area. Our family needed two queen beds in a room and this option was available at this hotel.. Bed and pillows very clean and comfortable.The only things that I missed were a microwave and a refrigerator. However, not long after we settled in our room the desk clerk called our room to see if everything were to our liking. Nice touch.I learned that a microwave or refrigerator could be brought to the room however we made do since our stay was only overnight.. Upon checking out next morning another desk clerk was on duty and also was very kind and courteous. Overall our stay suited our needs as we were in town to attend the funeral of a loved one. Clean, comfortable, good value for the money.

From previous reviews I was almost dreading my stay at the Chula Vista Ramada...this hotel is actually located in a place that makes it easy to get a comprehensive vacation of the entire Sandiego area. The rooms were clean, the staff, except one grumpy gal, was very friendly. Close food, close supplies, and one of the better contintal breakfast I have had thus far. I would reccomend this to anyone who is trying to have a family vacation or just passing through and needing a safe clean place to rest.

“Good budget hotel”

Just needed a place to stay when coming to San Diego for the weekend. It was in a nice neighborhood and clean. The shampoo and conditioner were nice and the service was good. It was great for the price.

“Will never stay there again.”

This hotel seems to be a good choice however once there you find things wrong. Food on the floor. Cracked drinking glass. Smells dirty... like smoke even the non-smoking rooms. Pool/Jacuzzi dirty and not working properl; only 1 jet in the jacuzzi worked. Coffee maker doesn't work and blew a fuse while plugging it in. Will never stay there again nor will any of my friends and family.
