“Easy to get to”
Very convenient to the freeway and centrally located to all attractions.
“Somewhat satisfied”
The hotel staff were very courteous. We had requested an early check in which was available. Although the hotel room and beds were quite comfortable, I would have preferred the doors to open onto an interior hallway. We had a bottom floor room and the car park was right next to the rooms which created a concern for security. Also, smoking was not allowed in the rooms but some guests would hang out outside our doorway and converse which was annoying. Late in the evening, I did call the front desk and they sent someone over.
“Awesome!”
I was very iffy about booking this hotel and also quite scared after seeing the pictures but i, Boy was i wrong ! first off the staff is super friend and they were able to accomodate us with an earlier check in at 10am (check in time is 3pm) we called the same day 30 min before arriving.the hotel itself is very nice... Breakfast was awesome, the room was nice and clean (only thing is it has the weird hotel room smell but not too bad).... it was convinient and priced perfectly... we will definately stay again!
“Can't wait to go back”
We were very pleased with our stay, with one exception. The grounds people using the leaf blower to clean the outside walk ways right next to the rooms. They started this cleaning way too early in the morning!
“not impressed”
i needed to stay one more night after staying 4 night and they didnt let me because in didnt book befor hand.
“Nice Area”
This hotel is quite nice and makes for a nice family get away. Close enough to all in San Diego and nice to get back out a ways in the evening.
“Not Impressed”
First, the front desk clerk didn't give my husband breakfast tickets. I went back in and was told they only give them for adults, kids were $4 each. I had called the day before just to make sure it included the children and was told that it included everyone registered to my room. So we went to the store and bought breakfast items for the kids to have. Husband & 2 kids went to breakfast the next day and were told they were fine, kids included. Next day took all 3 kids and and was charged $5 for the extra child. People seem to make things up as they go along. Our room was right by the pool, which is never convenient. Loud music playing until 10 pm, when our kids go to bed at 8 pm. The room was supposed to be a "suite", but was no larger than a standard room. Really disappointed in the tight quarters. No separate rooms, just a closet dividing half the room between king bed & sofa bed. Older hotel, paper thin walls so you hear your neighbors quite well. Definitely not worth the price they charge. Breakfast should be included with all of the rooms, standard, like so many other hotels. The breakfast was the same as you would find anywhere else. We switched to a standard room at a Hampton Inn halfway through our week-long trip and were much happier there.
“good hotel for a decent price..”
very nice hotel..good rates.
“Very Nice”
Very Nice and clean, would stay here again.
“good price”
very clean, nice for the price. only disappointment was the breakfast. While there's a lot of variety, stuff did not taste particularly good.
