“Quality Inn /Airport of good value”

the quality inn was easily accesible to both the airport and the downtown and old town areas of San Diego. The hotel is of great value for the money. It was clean, comfortable, convienent and the staff was very nice.

“It was OK, but...”

The water in the room should have been complimentary...instead of being a charge to drink bottled water!

“Good for the price”

I have stayed here twice now. Nice hotel, but needs better maintaining. Outlet in bathroom didn't work, so no blowdryer, coffeemaker, etc. Needs fan in bathroom and I am short and had to duck under shower head. Could use a few updates but otherwise nice for the price.

“Not luxury, but nothing really wrong, either”

Well, we were in town for a three day conference that lasted over 14 hours each day, so we didn't need much. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Clean, great service, helpful desk staff. No complaints. Peace.

“Shouldn't be a 1-star hotel”

For one, they had the right rooms for us as described on expedia! Amazing! The staff were nice and courteous and got things done in a very timely manner. The people we were staying with had a faulty air conditioner. They told the front desk about it the next morning and by the time we got back that night there was a new air conditioner in its place! In the room I was staying in, the toilet was clogged and by the time we got back that day, it was all fixed as well. The beds were amazingly comfortable for hotel beds and the room was very clean. The hotel also had a complimentary computer and printer, which was really nice to have for random decisions we made about destinations. They also had a parking garage that was locked at night and was only $5 a day to use. The only problem I could find with the hotel was that our air conditioner was very loud and woke us up every so often at night, but that's to be expected in an old hotel in the middle of San Diego 5 minutes from almost everything.

“Lots of room”

A little noise from the airport and disco. We were on the 5th floor and had a 2 room suite. LOTS of space so we could spread out from the kids a bit - That and the price made it worth it.

“Hotel Great, but the staff has to go”

The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable, but the service is non-existent, every member of the staff I encountered was unfriendly and unprofessional.
