“Don't expect too much”
Don't expect too much from the hotel. It is after all, only a 2 star hotel. The bathroom tub wasn't draining, the carpet looked dirty. We wouldn't stay there again.
“San Diego Trip”
We had an excellent experience with the Quality Inn Airport Seaworld, especially for the price!
“Not Impressed”
While the lobby was attractive and the beds were comfortable, the "Complementary Breakfast" of coffee and donuts was dissapointing. Neither myself nor my daughter drink coffee. The black mold in the bathroom was most concerning, which we discovered in the morning. I will not stay here again.
“Find another place”
The elevator didn't work half the time we were thete, the hot tub stopped working while we were there, and the hotel staff was not very friendly. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
“Not Impressed”
Stayed for 3 nights and probably wont be going back. Room was alright but the bed was very uncomfortable...hard as a rock. Never had maid service, so I had to go get my own from the front desk. Noise from the bar was bad even with being on the top floor. Been in other Quality Inns and you don't hear the band in your room. The elevators were dirty, smelled and had beer spilled on the floor from the weekend. Never saw it cleaned up either. They also charge for airport shuttle where other hotels do not. Think the management and owner should rethink how they do business. Will be looking for another hotel for the next trip even tho this one is in the location I need.
“Lots of room”
A little noise from the airport and disco. We were on the 5th floor and had a 2 room suite. LOTS of space so we could spread out from the kids a bit - That and the price made it worth it.
“Unresponsive Manager”
We would have been perfectly satisfied with this hotel if we would have had a refrigerator that worked. The general manager (Brittany) was suppose to contact me but never did. I noticed $20 off the total price of the room. She must have seen this as plenty to cover the spoiled food for my 1 & 2 year old. A phone call would have been appreciated being she is in the hospitality industry.
“It's close to everything, but it wasn't that great”
If you like staying at Motel6 you will like staying here. It's cheap and close to everything, but I probably won't be staying here again. Everything is outdated in the rooms and hallways and there was no fridge or microwave even though I requested one. The a/c unit barely worked so we kept opening the windows to get air. The downstairs club/bar area was very noisy as we were on the 2nd floor. It seems like a lot of people complained about parking, but we just parked on the street behind the hotel for free with no problems. Breakfast was: do-it-yourself waffles, juices, apples and bananas, yogurt cups, cold cereal, oatmeal and microwaved bacon. Morning waitress was rude and wouldn't refill the syrup without being asked. There's a Denny's right next door, but it was super crowded on the day that we went. I've stayed at cheap places before, but this one to me is not worth going back to unless you really want to save money and not spend anytime in the room.
“San Diego Visit”
Stayed 3 nights the first night had multiple things wrong with the room they changed to another room no problem and everything was good. I'd stay again but next time insist on a room in the back of the hotel less street noise.
“Not Impressed”
Not what I expected out of a Quality Inn.
