“Nice home away from home.”
The free breakfast with juice, cereal, bagles and waffle maker was a nice delight. It felt like home.
“Great Price, good night's sleep.”
The price was VERY reasonable especially considering it included breakfast. The help was friendly and helpful. We had a very nice stay.
“My Go-To Hotel When Visiting Family”
I've stayed at this La Quinta twice now. During my last stay, I had a large corner room with a king-size bed. I was very impressed with the size and layout of the room. The hotel was peaceful and felt very secure. Everything was neat and fresh. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff were all very friendly. The a/c was easy to use. There was plenty of parking. I will stay here again.
“Wonderful Experience!”
The convenient location and attractive rooms will bring us back. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Everyone did a great job, from the maid service to the front desk to the woman in charge of the breakfast area.
“Very happy”
I found the staff very friendly. The facility was well maintained and the breakfast was much better than I anticipated. I would definitely go back. We had to ask for more towels since not enough were supplied but they were very accommodating to our requests. Definitely a great value and was my first experience with a La Quinta and will definitely seek out other La Quintas based on my experience on this vacation.
“Will stay here every time I go to Vista”
This hotel was probably one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, inside and out. The bed was extremely comfortable. The parking lot was well-lit and easy to navigate / park (we were hauling a trailer). I have stayed in hotel rooms with the same amenities but paid well over twice the price. We have friends in the area so this will be our permanent home away from home when we travel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.
“wonderful hotel”
I stayed here with my 8 year old daughter and we were both VERY pleased! It is also very convenient to Wal-mart, Target, and IHOP which was wonderful! This is definitely where I will stay the next time I go back.
“Will definitely return”
Although the hotel was well outside of the San Diego area, it made for a very nice trip to Ocean Side. My husband felt the beds were too hard, but I slept very well. I felt safe walking my dog outside alone at night and the room was clean.

This hotel was very clean. The front desk was very nice, and the price was great.
“Will stay again”
This was a great hotel, especially for the price. It was easy to find, the rooms and pool were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are going to Legoland, it is only 10 minutes away by back roads, and also close to a great beach in Carlsbad, a big mall, and many family friendly restaurants.
