“Beautiful rooms & grounds, fitness heaven”

Lovely accomidations. Rich tapestries and linens. All about fitness. Hidden daily fitness accomidation fees -expect your rate to go up.

“will not be back”

we showed up right at 4 p.m. which is check-in time and were told our room was not ready that the 4 p.m. was the earliest check-in COULD happen but no guarantees so we had to wait with our 2 kids out by the pool. the pool was completely out of towels for the nearly 2 hours that we were out there before we could check-in. we will never be back.

“Cannot wait to go back.. this place is a total gem!”

I had a few different hotels to choose from, and I decided on this one because of the awesome pools for the kiddos (we have girls, 2 and 4). Wow - was I amazed at this place! Total upscale luxury! We're middle-of-the-road kinda people, and this felt like a total treat. Food at Legends was awesome.. free buffet dinner for kids 4 and under (our girls went back twice.. yummy food!) Baked Mac and Cheese was MY personal favorite. Live steel drums by the pool. Live music in the courtyard at night. TCBY yogurt in the Marketplace. Wonderful, sandy entrance pool for the youngest of swimmers.. went from 0 -3ft deep. Innertubes available for purchase. Pools take a 10 minute break every 1 hour where everyone has to get out. Valets are so kind and helpful. We hitched a ride on their courtesy shuttle/golf cart to the parking lot a few times since it is quite a walk with 2 kids in tow. We were a bit surprised by the $22/night resort fee in addition to the rate already paid (covers wi-fi, newspaper, fitness center, etc.) My husband brought that up to the manager, and they cut it in half and gave us free parking. =) But still, extremely impressed with this place and we WILL be back!!

Area recommendations
Legoland is about 10 mis away. Definitely make it a 2 day trip if you have young kids!

“will visit again!”

We checked in around 5pm and it was quite busy and hectic. Everything after the check in felt relaxed and quit nice! We had a suite and will definitely book the same or a villa next time. First Class all the way. Our kids can't wait to go back!

“Beautiful property...customer service needs improvement.”

During the reservation process customer service was wonderful. Once we arrived they were pretty busy and didn't provide much help. The water slides and pool area were excellent the kids could spend all day there. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was fine. The property itself was beautiful you feel like you are on vacation. We had a great time just wish customer service was up to par. We got a great deal on the room, if I had to pay more I would've been disappointed.

“Can't wait to go back”

Completely relaxing atmosphere. Great for families, where the adults can relax and the kids can have a good time in a secure environment.

Area recommendations
Extremely close to Legoland. Lovely to come back to the hotel to relax by the pool and have activities for the children to participate in.

“Very nice resort”

Our entire family loved the resort and the time we spent there.

“Not too impressed”

Not as great as expected. Still beautiful, but the staff isn't overly helpful. The bathrooms in the lobby and other areas were dirty. Probaly won't be back unless there is a specific reason.

“Excellent service, awesome pool”

This resort had great service from the time we checked it until the day we left. The pool was amazing and the rooms were incredible.
