Hotel was clean and you have kitchenette and microwave and fridge.. Beds were very comfortable considering the hotel is pretty old but it was close to shopping centers and close to restaurants.. Very reasonable in the price.. will be staying there again..

“Great place to stay!”

This is my second time here and I couldnt be more pleased. Got in late and the young lady at the desk expeditiously checked me in. She also was glad to assist me in locating activities and thanks to her my brief stay was enjoyable. Room was clean and supplied with coffee and ample towels. Vending is on site as is laundry. I would most definitely stay there again!

“Great accomodations for the price!!!”

The room had 2 queen beds, a stove, microwave,cable tv and a toaster oven. It was clean and comfortable.

“Great place for the dollar!”

This is a great place. Yes it is no 5 star spa and resort, but it is a great place for the dollar. It has wireless internet for FREE, it has a great pool, and is literally 2 minutes from great shopping and attractions. The only down side is it is about 25 minutes from all the really good beaches, but you can still go to a beach within 10 minutes. It is still 3 minutes ,if that, from I-5 and the 805. So you are minutes from the main veins of San Diego. Other then that you are 5 minutes from the boarder, and all the attractions that go with that. There are some really good Mexican restaurants around the hotel as well. I give anyone the thumbs up on this if you don't need 5 star class when staying at a hotel. This is a great deal for what it is and we will definitely be staying again. Thanks for the great stay!

I would definetely stay there again. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, and accomadating.

“Good Bang for the Buck”

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had a comfortable bed and it was quiet and clean. No remote for the TV. No one was there at the Knights Inn and all dealings were through the Motel 8 next door. It looks like a change in ownership is in the makings.

“Nice, fun place”

We enjoyed our stay there. Liked the pool and the kitchen. It wasn't a huge room but it was fine for our needs, just crashin' for the evening after the Comic Con! We'd totally come back!

The hotel was clean and comfortable.there was adequate tv channels for the little time we spent in the room.We were right beside the border and we also had easy access to the sites we visited.We found an incredible smorg just down the street at the mall.Breakfast was included and was ok.The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.The place is not 5 star but neither is the price
