“Loveliest hotel”

The hotel is in the great location, not far from everything. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful atmospere.

Upon arrival we were impressed by the quality of customer service, Katrina assisted us at check in and assisted us in locating our room. We are very impressed with the facilities, so much that we already rebooked for the next month. We'll be taking the entire family next time and we will be returning many more times to come.

“Perfect San Diego Hotel for Families”

Beautiful hotel. Excellent (but expensive) restaurant. Pools with water slides were perfect for children. Staff arranged children's games every day in the mid-afternoon that were very enjoyable. On-site parking fee of $20 a day was outrageous, and twice there was no parking available in the lot but the fee was not waived (they had me self-park further away in the valet lot.) Maid service was lacking as they only made beds and cleaned up bathroom but made no efforts to further tidy up the room. The hotel room was spacious and clean. View and location was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially those with young children. (Toasting marshmallows on the poolside fire pits in the evening was another big hit with kids.) Just beware of the fees...especially parking.

“Hyatt Regency Mission Bay”

Our stay at this hotel was great. We requested and received an upper floor room with a beautiful bay/ocean view. We got a special rate that made our stay more attractive. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, responsive, and helpful--from the check-in to maintenance, and food services. The room was spacious, very clean, and had nice quality furnishings and bed linens. The bathroom was very elegant. On-site food service was good with elegant decor. Hotel was right on the bay and close to Belmont Park, Sea World, and many walking/bike trails.

“Nice stay for a run around Mission Bay and a Chargers game”

The hotel grounds were very beautiful. I was under the impression that we would be able to see the ocean from our room, but we couldn't. The ocean was very close though and we were able to see it just wround the corner. Noticed a few bugs in the room, but nothing too bad. Loved the ambiance. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay, it was definitely easy and there were great facilities at the hotel. I was working in La Jolla so the drive was a little longer but the hotel was excellent!

“Perfect Location, perfect hotel!”

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Hyatt Mission Bay. We could not have been happier with our choice of hotels. The location is close to everything and the view from our room was incredible. The pool and waterslides, the Marlin restaurant, as well as the concierge service was also exceptional. Selfishly I would like to keep it as a secret for ourselves but can't help but share a wonderful experience with others. Highly recommend this venue for a great stay in SD! Thanks Expedia!

“Loved this Hotel”

It is a beautiful Hotel in a beautiful area. Just make sure you do not break anything; they charged us $10.00 for a small water glass that we broke during our stay.

“Wow.”

I booked this suite with a king sized bed at the same rate as a regular room with two full beds, expecting the same room but with just one bed. Turns out, the suites are in their own building with separate living rooms, two flat screen tv's, and small balconies with FABULOUS views of the marina. What a great surprise! Service was impeccable- when the front desk receptionist didn't know the answer to my question, she sent us on to get unpacked and called the room just a little while later after she found the answer- so considerate. And the location- just minutes from Ocean Beach and Old Town and so close to downtown!
