This California hotel offers a restaurant specializing in Pacific Rim cuisine, a lobby grill, lounge, two tennis courts, large outdoor pool with private cabanas, and use of a full-service nearby health and sports club for a discounted fee. Recreation

“Amazing”
The staff were very helpful and courteous. The man at the counter wished us well in our engagement and even had a note delivered to our room wishing us the best.
“Satisfied Traveler”
On the 4th day of a 2 week stay a water pipe from our bathroom leaked into the main hallway. We were moved to a different room and given one night free.
“Perfect Location”
The hotel itself is great. It is directly off of Highway 5 which is a perfect location. Olde Town is located within 10 minutes, as is SeaWorld and the Zoo. We traveled to DisneyLand in under an hour. The restaurants within 5 miles are great, offering everything from seafood to bars to high quality dining. The only downturn with the hotel is the lack of parking options. Valet is $25 a day, and self park in the hotel garage is $18 a day. However you can park on the street for free, if you can find a spot. We would definitely return to this hotel again.
“ONLY if it was closer to the ocean!”
For the price it was an unbelieve stay, put this a couple blocks from the ocean I'd never leave!
“Great Stay!”
All hotel amenities are great and it is in my opinion well located. Close to Pacific Beach and not to far from downtown. Love the pool area and the fact that they have lanes, gym is great and if you play tennis bring the racquets. It is soooo peaceful and beautiful in this hotel. Only thing is be prepared to pay $20 dollars a day for parking even though you can park on the street if you don't mind walking a bit.

“hyatt regency la jolla”
enjoyed our stay very much except for the room was not very clean. the floors were not clean when we checked in.there was a chex cereal on the floor by one of the beds when we checked in and there it remained. they did not clean the hair off the tile floor during our stay either. we had the breakfast buffet at barcino grill every morning and they had every food available one could possibly want. it was very good but we had to upgrade from our business plan at an additonal cost.i still think it was worth it. parking on two of the streets by the hotel was free and we always found a spot even if we had to walk a little. the only problem was the heavy, fast traffic on la jolla village drive which made it hard to locate and grab a spot quickly. parking on university was easier. i do wish that the pool, hot tub and fitness room stayed open later than 10pm. i never made it to perks before they closed butthere was a plaza just down the street so i went there to get a starbucks during the day.loved hotel and premises and will return.

An astonishing hotel! The atmosphere was light and refreshing, the staff was friendly and courteous to all of my needs, and I would not hesitate to return. In fact, I wish I could have stayed there for a whole month and continued to be spoiled!
