“Ok Cheap Motel”

I was looking at price and proximity to Sea World, those criteria were met. Overall, it wasn't bad, didn't cost much and you get what you pay for.

“Not impressed”

The was clean, however; ours did not have a hair dryer, when I called to request one, they told that our room did not have one but we could go to another room to use the hair dryer, I say no! the next day I called again, later they brougth one. The continental breakfast is very poor. They only have 2 little tables, the selection of pastries is very limited, no milk for cereal, no juice. When I asked the attendant for milk, she seamed upset, she had to go to another building to get it.

“not impressed”

Their website says they have a restaurant, they DON'T. I requested a roll-a-way bed, they didn't have it in the room. The night manager was unhelpful, although the night desk clerk was really helpful. I would never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

“Affordable but slightly rundown”

The hotel was 9 miles south of the San Diego Convention Center- but the area seemed a little seedy. The walk to and from the trolley station later at night did not feel very safe. I was given a ground-floor room, and the parking noise from outside the door caused a lot of disturbance. On several occasions, I felt as though someone had knocked on my door in the middle of the night- not a comforting situation. The "free breakfast" was a limited choice of sweet pastries, and boxed cereal. On one occasion, everything had run out by 9:45 am (the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 am). The hotel has potential to be a good choice, but needs some improvement.

“not impressed, would not go back”

Room was not what I expected by the pictures on the website. Air condition did not work one night. I would never stay at a HJ ever again.

“If you want to be inconvienced, stay here”

They Booked a room that had mold odor and water damaged. None of the hotel employees even checked or noticed room problems until we told them and then didn't do anything ot help a diasbled adult to acommidate us. They didn't even offer a discounted rate.
