The location was perfect for the baseball game and all the staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back!

Our stay at Margaritaville San Diego was such a fantastic experience! The staff at every level was professional friendly helpful and communicative. The decor is fun and lively, the amenities were great, rooms were all well maintained and location was excellent, oh and the free use of cruiser bikes was an added bonus. Overall 5 stars!!

This is a newly renovated hotel and it was decorated very appropriate for the theme of the hotel. It was cute. Overall the staff was friendly and everything went well. However, a few things stood out to me. There wasn't a closet in the room or anywhere to hang clothes. No steam iron, iron or ironing board which seem to be basic amenities at even a lower rated hotel. Our blinds were broken and we needed to call maintenance to fix it, which happened in a quick manner and was efficient. Our toilet rocked when we sat on it which made us feel unsafe and the toilet also plugged up and we needed to call maintenance. It was a couple hours before someone arrived to fix it. So, I wonder if more effort went into making the hotel look good but some basic structural items were overlooked or rushed.

Staff was courteous, helpful and cheerful. Housekkeeping was very poor. Bed linen was not changed during 5 day stay. Floor not swept, carpet not cleaned. Empty wine botttles, dirty glases etc not removed. Iron board botvput back in cupboard etc

The staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming, I had missed a flight and found a room at Margaritaville last minute- the kindness and warm they showed was extremely settling on a difficult night. they also showed a lot of flexibility for check out and
