Great staff..place was in great condition..we took our 5 yr old and my 6month old. Although we weren't in the room much it was nice to come back to a relaxed comfortable room...plus for being by the train tracks and airport it was very quiet and relaxing.

Stayed 2 nights, basic room, served its' purpose. Free shuttle to the airport. Would stay there again due to location.

Nice standard room.

We were booked in the part B Section so we had to drive around the back. The room was a standard room, it was a bit small but it had a refrigerator. The bathroom sink area was small with little room to put things down. Although, we paid 120$ we were not offered the continental breakfast, we were told that wasn't part of the deal. parking was $10. I would give it 3 1/2 stars overall. We needed 2 cribs and they did accommodate our request with no problem.

Knocked on the door at 8:20am to clean our room, asked the lady to come back in an hr, then found our room was never cleaned in the evening when we got back to the hotel :( The manager was doing the ck in process then passed it over to another girl, she went to help the tour bus driver, do not like this kind of service.

It seems like our usual attention to detail was lacking at that time. I also am sorry that your experience during the check in process was not very pleasant as you were passed on to somebody else. Nice hotel close to the bay

Very nice and professional staff. Rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Parking is convenient and close to the building entrance where our room was. My only complaint is that the lighting in the room was poor. Applying makeup in the bathroom was difficult and even the desk light was not the best. Otherwise, I was very happy. I would definitely stay again.

Let Down

Expected more given the star rating and price I paid. Paid additional for parking, however hard to find open spots. Pool/spa area in refurbishment. Bathroom had bugs, dirty tub, missing shower curtain and hole in shower ceiling. Remote for the didn't work correctly. Rest of the room was ok. Staff seemed unfazed by my comments on room issues. Restaurant/bar staff friendly, however it was hit and miss on quality of food and beverages.

Convenient and reasonably priced

W stayed in the new wing, which was very nice. The first night we had a room with roll in shower, which splashed water all over the bathroom floor. We moved to a different room the second night, which had a more functional shower.

Service is bad

This is a standard business hotel on bayside of beach city with all necessary hardware. Service was poor either when check in or check out, the pre-requested rolling bed was not ready, room was right at front of a main road ( highway). Over all, I am dispointed.
