Overnight near PT LomaPosted 18-Feb-2014
Only complaint is that I had to check in - then get back in my car - drive to an adjacent building - park and go to my room.

I rated this as my worst hotel stay everPosted 6-Jan-2014
I rated this as my worst hotel stay ever, booked online for two queen room for two adults and two children 3 and 2, was told my booking was default smoking room, no nonsmoking rooms were available. We had no choice to stay in the smoking room, the room was really smoking, even with th balcony door open, not able to get the smoking out, that is not the worst, the balcony were not fully enclosed, with only a small wood fence separating, with enough space for a man to squeeze through, suddenly a neighbors' bulldog came to my room scared my daughter; the dog was quickly retrieved by neighbor; that is still not the worst; there were people partying at the balcony to 2am, the management was not bothering stop them; nobody including myself did not call since we assume that is loud enough for the hotel staff to hear it so they can stop it; that is still not the worst, the facility are very old, somehow the room's air conditional will have the very loud crushing type of sound every thirty minutes or so, we gave to turn the AC off, since we were staying only one night, complaining before checking out and write a fair review here is I we can do here to warming people about this hotel, really surprised to seen Holiday inn's good reputation stained by this one. Really worst of the worst.

Super close to the MCRD which is why we were therePosted 7-Nov-2013
It was great overall. The parking lots are a little confusing because they're doing construction on the driveway entrances but all of that should be done soon. Besides that the beds were comfortable and clean, the rooms were well stocked with coffee, towels, soaps, etc and the room service was great!

Greatness in price, place and pennyPosted 5-Nov-2013 on Hotels.com
We, family of 5 went for a single night stay, checked in at 7, checked out at 8 in the morning, Short and sweet. The room had two twin beds, with all the routine stuffs like tea, coffee, towels and things. We had to request for the roll away bed, even though i would like it in my room because, I booked for 5 adults. Average size room, once the roll away bed was put in, since there wont be much room left to walk around. Sugar was enough for only 1 person. What I meant is that, when I book for 5 adults, I would like things adequate for 5 adults rather than pick up the phone and ring for help. But overall I would give 4/5 for the place, because the location is unbeatable for the price and I understand the fact that normally hotels only accommodate on average 4 adults a room.
