“New Year's Eve in San Diego”
Only one night stay, came in late to sleep after new year's eve celebration, so did not really use much. My friends and I did enjoy the breakfast together before going our separate ways.

Didn't know what to expect, room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

“Rancho Bernardo Holiday Inn Great Value Awsome Location”
The Hotel was in a great location. 20 minutes to Downtown. 10 minutes to the S6 and 15 Minutes to the 78. The Hotel Staff was awesome. They were courteous and friendly. When we arrived we were told we were booked to stay in a smoking room; which was a shock to me. They quickly exchanged our room to a non smoking room!!!! The beds were comfortable; even the Hide a bed. The pool area and bathrooms were clean. Being close to the 15 was good. We did not notice the noise. But we also always put on “white noise” at night. I would stay there again!!!!! The Sushi Restaurant (GOOD) and Starbucks are walking distance. It was a great trip…
“Great hotel, don't eat at the restaurant!”
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, The Elephant Bar, was less than impressive. The food and service were both horrible.

For the price of the room, I was absolutely satisfied with this hotel.

The location was right off of the highway and an easy commute to downtown. It was within a few miles of a very extensive shopping area. The traffic going to downtown flowed very smoothly and wasn't too heavy, even during work commute hours.

I've stayed here before and will stay again. Great service, great location. Really enjoyed the option of selecting the kinds of pillows I wanted -- and they appeared almost immediately!

Great place. hotel was very clean and tidy. Free breakfast offered every day. Location was nice, but a little bit far from the beach though.
