“Horrible rooms!!!”

The bathrooms were a nightmare!! We switched rooms, but they are all so small, the toilet seat touched the bathroom counter!! The wallpaper was peeling. The fan was so old, it did nothing to get rid of the steam from a shower. The carpet was so dirty, my son's bare feet were black from walking on it. The lobby was very pretty, obviously recently redone. Don't let it fool you! The rooms are horrible!!! The only good things are the free breakfast , and the very nice people who work there. Lastly, it's right off the freeway, and the front desk told me all double queen bed rooms are on the outside section of the hotel which faces the freeway, very loud!!!

“Could have been good but.....”

We were very disappointed with the hotel service. While I was in the shower (covered in soap, shampoo, the works) the water was SHUT OFF! We called the front desk and the woman apologized and said that it would be off for 40 minutes-- they offered a free night stay for our trouble. Which we thought was pretty nice. But 40 minutes passes and still no water. We call again and now they say they aren't sure when it will be back on! Ultimately we waited ~ 1hr 15 min for the water to be back. When I went to speak with the manager about it, not only was he not apologetic he was downright rude, accusatory and defensive! We ended up spending, in total, an hour dealing with the manager and staff to try to get a credit for one night's stay. Expedia finally helped us get that credit.

“Dont do it”

The hotel rooom was handicaped. I requested a King bed and got a queen. After being switch rooms lamps in room did not work. Upon checking out I was told there would be a charge for the second night even though expedia had charge me for a two night stay.

“Old building, almost just a new name!”

We have been in this hotel before and it is obviously renovated but, compared to other Holiday Inn Express, we were dissapointed: it has a noisy A/C, an old tv with few channels, the bathroom still seems old, the toilet paper and tissues were like sandpaper, etc. The included breakfast was like the one in the other Holiday Inn Express: one of the best free breakfast included in many hotels.
