“Impressed with quality of Service”

We requested for a non-smoking suite but got a smoking suite on arrival. They have immediately changed our suite and provided us a new non-smoking suite. It was wonderful.

“Excellent Rooms and Service”

The rooms were great. They were big and spacious. The rooms had Microwave oven and Refrigerator. The hotel also offered complementary breakfast that was excellent. The location is 2 blocks away from Mexican Border on 905East Freeway. The Hotel staff were friendly.

“Comic-Con 2011”

It was a bit of a drive to the convention center, but it was worth saving close to $200 a night. It only took about 20 minutes to get to the convention center from the hotel. It was new, clean, and the staff was VERY friendly. It had free Wi-fi, and the breakfast was great, especially for free. The breakfast had a neat pancake machine, eggs, sausage or ham, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, English muffins, etc.. Other than the hallways being humid, and hot I have no other complaints. I would definitely stay there again next year.

“A great Saturday night stay”

We had a good time. Rooms were clean and well kept. They even have a safe in the room. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The exercise room was good, I wish they had some weight but it was good. The pool was very clean. Overall we had a great experience with our three daughters . . . The only challenge was the location of the hotel it took me 20 minutes to find it, it may have been the fault of Mapquest for giving me wrong directions . . .

“Perfect for our needs.”

Very pleasant accommodations - very clean room and premises. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car in their lot for 8 days at no extra charge while we walked across the border ( a 10 min. walk from the hotel ) and flew out of Tijuana airport to San Miguel de Allende. However, the Otay Mesa area is not a tourist destination - it is primarily industrial warehousing and manufacturing. Thus, the restaurants around there are mostly fast food, and even they close by 10:00 p.m. As a jumping off place for going to Mexico or for business in the area, this is highly recommended.

“The best breakfast”

This hotel is located 10 minutes from were we were having a meeting, so we dont care its in the middle of nowhere. The room is excellent, with a very comfortable bed and nice towels. The included breakfast is the best we have had (in a hotel with breakfast included): eggs, yogurt, pancakes, cream cheese, etc, etc.

“Great quit hotel !”

I loved this hotel.. clean, lots of space (we had a suite) and about 30 minutes from anywhere in San Diego by car (you need one).

“Nice, comfty hotel.”

This hotel was really nice. It was clean. The people there were very friendly. I was in San Diego for Comic Con though. I would not recommend this hotel if you are doing things in the downtown area since it's so far out, but other than that, I loved this hotel!
