Please know that while we do take a temporary authorization for incidentals upon arrival, we release the unused funds at the time of departure. However, depending on your financial institution’s policies it can take up to 10 days or more to reflect on your account, though typically it is more than 5-7 business days. We recommend getting in touch with your bank to resolve this matter.Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
