“Super Friendly”

The ONLY downside was the workout room. I believe they are in the middle of remodeling it but is was very small, hot and limited. Otherwise,the staff was wonderful, attentive and I will stay there again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The bed was the most comfortable I've encountered in a hotel. The 24 hour shuttle was a great convenience getting to local restaurants and back.

“What a great place!”

Our family, 2 adults, 2 kids spent 6 days here and loved it. The main purpose of our trip was Legoland and I looked at many of the hotels online before booking. Now, having been there, I know I made the right hotel choice for us. Right by the water. Close to the village of Carlsbad. The kids loved the pool (of course!). Even the restaurant where we had a couple of breakfast and a dinner was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time. it was quite, relaxing, close to the beach. In room dinning was good, service by the pool was also good. Great price for the quality.

“Perfect”

We stayed at the hotel with 3 small kids. No complaints. Staff was extremely helpful. Restaurant food was excellent- breakfast buffet was a great deal- chef will cook whatever you want for breakfast- one low price / all you can handle. Our t.v. was messed up-intermittent. Issue was beyond control of management- which compensated with allowing us to have unlimited free movies during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. In fact it would be a perfect place to stay if you are visiting San Diego and the surrounding area. It's just minutes away from Carlsbad and Oceanside, and just up the road from San Diego.

“A Very Nice Place to Stay”

My daughters and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, and the people there were friendly and helpful. I didn't need to ask for an extra blanket or pillow because they keep them in the room. I had a view of the ocean and the pool, and met some nice people in the spa at night.

Great hotel with a top-notch staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant to the shuttle driver, everyone is helpful and makes sure you have a great stay. Can't wait to go back.

“Great Choice in Carlsbad”

The staff at the Hilton was really considerate and on top of things. Arriving late, we were offered a free upgrade to an ocean view room (how often does that happen?). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great and the location was excellent.
