“I will not go back”

The hotel: was no smoking room but smell a lot smog, hand sink leak, I use hotels before but this was the worse , I will not recommend ..thank you.

this was a last minute trip, and so budget was tight. I was very happy with the staff, the room, and price. There were no hidden charges for internet, parking,etc.

“Convenient Location, Quality Room.”

At first glance, it is hard to claim that this hotel is really comforting. The look might be a little dated, yet the comfort that I found in staying here was great. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The rooms are equipped with a table and chairs, which make it easy to just relax and sit down to enjoy a meal. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The complimentary items available were also useful. I found it really convenient that fact that there was a mini-fridge available for use (free of charge). The location, however, is great! I was never too far away from anything in San Diego. Located near many major freeways, it was easy to go from one place to another without much hassle. The Hotel is located around many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and various other fast food places. Plenty of variety. Overall great experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If you're iffy, take my word for it and you won't be let down.

“sea world visit”

It is the best & closest location to sea world that I have seen. less than 5 mins drive time. At first i wasnt sure about the location/neighborhood although it turned out to be just fine. The toliet over flowed & they have no maintence on sight they offered to move us to another room at 11 pm instead my husband went to get a plunger & fixed the problem. They state on the website continental breakfast which turned out to be coffee & dry rolls. Lisa

“Not impressed . . .”

. . . but very convenient to SeaWorld. Given the current bed bug scare, I was very uncomfortable when I walked into the room. One bed was questionable, so the luggage was kept off the beds and the floor. The carpet was disgusting and the noise from the people above us just walking on the floor was annoying. However, the proximity to SeaWorld, old town, gaslamp and downtown was so convenient. It was also close to shopping, restaurants, and gas stations.

“You get what you pay for!”

The pros: The hotel's location was very convenient. It's nice not to drive back to Long Beach after a long day at Seaworld. There were fast food restaurants conveniently located for late night snacking. Cons: The rooms are not very clean. No working refrigerator. Extremely loud a.c. Carpet was extremely dirty. The room has a funky odor (so take some air freshner). Good luck if you decide to stay :-)

“San Diego - Heritage Inn”

Customer service was decent, but the room is not a great value. The carpet has a funky smell and it was not worth the money.

“Big thing bugged me: filthy carpet!!!! Bring your slippers, for no dirty feet on bed.”

Pros: Comfy bed and good location to Sea World, just less than 2 miles away... . Near lots of good restaurants. Cons: very dirty carpet, no microwave, not much shampoo, so bring your own. They won't give you any unless you request for room service.
