“DO NOT USE.”

There was a brand new fridge in the bath area which had a cord too short to plug in or be of any use. Unable to take a bath/shower for 2 days because of the rust and stains in the tub. A dark brown mat had been cemented to the tub probably for non slip, however looked filthy. One wash cloth was provided for 2 people for 2 days. We booked because it was 6 min. from the new address of my daughter and this trip was to see she and her family after they had moved from the desert. Very disturbing entrance. Very difficult to locate, and never to be used again. A vvery unsafe feeling, inside and out.

“BAD experience. Will not go back.”

Did not have a good experience. The staff was rude and not helpful at all ! One of the housekeeping ladies barged into the room at 10:30am while we were changing before check-out -- WITHOUT knocking and said it was time to check out (check-out time being 11am) !!! Continental breakfast includes donuts, muffins and coffee only. Staff refused to help us get a simple one-page print out that we requested.

“The worest place to stay.”

I usually like to complment rather than complain. But this time, I will rather share the bad experience of my staying hoping the managment of the hotel does correct its business style. We checked in around midnight. The gentle man at the front desk was totally unwelcoming. We knocked the door for his attention. Instead he stared at us from with in. We knocked again and he slowly walked to a sight we could not see him. Then we heard a knock from with in. No greeting what so ever. We said to him we have a reservation. Unfortunatly, he gave us a look of un welcoming. He handed us the entry cards. He told us the room number but no direction or instruction on how to best use our stay such us where to park, access to wii fi. We had to ask for everything but his reponce and reaction was too rude. His appearance was too slopy. He seemed too rude and unhappy. We managed to find out our way to the fourth floor. But we forgot the room number since he did not write the room number on the entry key. I walked down to the front desk for the room number and his responce was "had you litsened and paid attention to what I say, you would not have forgotten the room number. My responce to him was, had you told us on how to get our room and you had the room number written on the cards, all this would not had happened. It was my worest hotel experience of all my stays. Sad that a front desk clerk is such sloppy, rude and not welcoming he is. The room was dirty. Worn out carpet so on and on.

“Can't find a word 2 describe our review”

I had to wash the uniforms of our soccer players & I was very disapointed with how the laundry room was. It was dusty & the floors were so dirty that it seem they hadn't been clean for weeks. The water of the pool & jacuzzi was kind of dirty, so why even advertise there's a pool & jacuzzi @ this hotel. & the worse was the breakfast, the pastries were cold & the coffee not good at all.
