Stay was good. One thing I did not like was on Saturday they had a large event and there was no place for hotel guests to park in the evening. Very inconvienamt.

The front staff were friendly and greeted us as we came in. It was nice to have coffee available downstairs. In the room, we did not realize the room was not cleaned after the first night; I missed that somewhere so, we requested fresh towels. I noticed a smell of dirt walking into the lobby area, could be the tree planters in the center. The laminate flooring was being put in and it looked great but the crew did not clean up the dust and debris left behind and it looked unkept. Overall, it was a good option at a reasonable price.

The hotel is clean and safe and the staff are friendly. However, the room that I was in, (Room 3601), there was a banging noise all night long and in the morning. It sounded like an aluminum sheet and it was literally every minute. I told the staff because it was inconvenient and was not able to sleep and get the rest that I need.

The room was clean and well cared for. My husband was a chief engineer for many years in some nice hotels and i could see, high standards were reached at your hotel. My over night stay was very pleasant

Great location . Roof work was disturbing before 9 am. ( surprised us, a warning would have been nice). Breakfast not included and very limited buffet.

This property is about 15 mins by Uber to Old Town and Gas Lamp. There are no stores nearby and the restaurant has a limited menu. Also, the amenities in the room are very few.

Overall nice stay. Only thing is our room had aged and worn furniture (especially the mini fridge, which was all dented and banged up). Not too much bother since only here for one night though. Clean bathroom and nice view.
